Take PowerPlay’s survey to help improve the sportsbook
PowerPlay has given their bettors the opportunity to help them improve the sportsbook with a survey. PowerPlay users and bettors can share their opinions and feelings about the sportsbook with the survey. “We value your opinion and are always looking for ways we can improve our site, please let us know any comment, question or suggestion you have. You can also visit our support section to chat to a customer support agent.” The survey is available on the home page. To start the survey, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the start survey now button which is right next to share your feedback.
The survey consists of a little over 10 questions. Bettors have the opportunity to share their opinions on a ton of topics related to the sportsbook. Bettors will be given a few options to choose for some of the questions. For others, bettors can write an answer. PowerPlay is a sportsbook that is regulated in Ontario.
Questions and topics
The sportsbook’s survey has a few topics. Bettors will be asked to comment on how they prefer to access the sportsbook, their experience, features, customer support, and more. These are all aspects of a sportsbook that can make a sportsbook great or unenjoyable. For sports bettors who have used more than one sportsbook, one or two parts of a sportsbook could be the deciding factor when picking a sportsbook to place bets on. Here are some of the questions that are on the survey.
