❌ Thrillsy Weaknesses

• No mobile app: Thrillsy joins the long list of Canadian sports books that do not offer players a mobile app. The site is “mobile friendly,” but their website design isn’t the best for such an application. It’s easier to navigate on a computer as opposed to a smartphone or tablet.
• Welcome bonus: The $150 match offered in the Thrillsy welcome bonus is nice. But attached to it is a 16 times rollover which must be completed in 21 days. That’s a bit excessive in our opinion for something that is supposed to be “welcoming.”
• Customer service: Thrillsy FAQ page leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t feel as if it’s complete or really answers all the questions you may have. Their 24/7 live chat was responsive to our questions, but felt a bit scripted and not really knowledge based. Plus, there is no phone option available should you encounter a real problem here.

Overall, the good does seem to outweigh the bad at Thrillsy. However, some design changes and upgrades throughout their site would propel them even further in our eyes.

There’s nothing wrong with being basic. And that’s what Thrillsy sports book is. It’s a solid, straight-ahead, no-frills sports book that delivers all the games, betting markets, and odds most sports bettors require.

If you want a bunch of promos, or more exotic bets, or special betting features, then Thrillsy is not for you. What’s available here is essentially every sport imaginable complete with all of the main betting markets most players seek.
