❌ Betonic Weaknesses

• No mobile app: Betonic is yet another Canadian sports book which doesn’t offer users a dedicated mobile app. While the “mobile friendly” site design works well on both tablets and smart phones, we’d like to see an app be made available.
• Weak customer service: We did not experience a problem at Betonic, but their FAQ section doesn’t really explain as much of their operations as other sites’. • Welcome bonus: What’s offered in the welcome bonus is fine. The fact that there’s a 16x rollover which must be completed in 21 days attached to it is a bit much. It shouldn’t be that difficult to claim.

While you cannot complain about the number of sports and events offered here, we would like to see Betonic do more in the area of customer service. Yet with that said, we still felt the experience of betting here is worthwhile.
