Plus, United is also competing in the Europa League, where they will lock horns with Rangers on Thursday before another domestic match. Europe still a reality for Brighton
Although Brighton is just five points above United in ninth spot, they still have a realistic chance at making the top-six. Manchester City, who is in sixth, sits only four points above them.
