The Atlanta Falcons still have a shot at the NFC South division title, but the ATS trends don’t bode well for them on Sunday. The Falcons have gone 4-10 ATS this year, including a 2-5 home mark. The Colts, meanwhile, are 4-2 ATS on the road. Indy will also be getting two of their top offensive playmakers back in Michael Pittman Jr. and Jonathan Taylor, so take the Colts +2.5 in this one.

U41.5 (-110) |
There’s only one team playing for their playoff lives here, and it’s the visiting Seahawks. They’re coming off a massive upset win last week to stay alive, and the momentum of that triumph is likely to spill over into this one. The Titans could be without their starting QB, and even if Will Levis is ready to go for Tennessee, the return of Seattle’s Geno Smith under center offsets that at the very least. Take Seattle to win and cover -3.5 points here.

U47.0 (-110) |
The Lions got a big bounce back victory last week, but can they keep the good feeling going? Jared Goff kept the mistakes down, but going up against a Brian Flores defense that blitzes about half the time is not a good situation for Goff, who struggles under pressure. The Vikings will cause Goff to turn it over multiple times, and the refreshed Justin Jefferson will have a signature performance against Detroit’s struggling defense. Take the Vikings and the +3.0 points at home here.
Washington Commanders @ New York Jets- 1PM

U37.0 (-110) |
If things were a little different, we’d be all over the Commanders here. Their forte is passing the ball, and the Jets have arguably the most formidable pass defense this side of the Browns. If Washington was going to have success they’d have to run the ball, but with top back Brian Robinson ruled out, that’s not going to happen. New York’s biggest weakness, their pass pro, is also something the Commanders won’t be able to take advantage of: their pass rush has been toothless since trading away their top two edge rushers at the trade deadline. Take Trevor Siemian and the Jets -3.0 in this one.
Green Bay Packers @ Carolina Panthers - 1PM

U37.5 (-110) |
This puny spread should tell you how cold bookies are on the Packers after their last few performances. The Panthers, believe it or not, actually have a pretty solid pass defense, which could frustrate Jordan Love, who’s regressed a bit during these last two losses, both of which were pretty ugly. All that being said, this is still the Panthers, and the Packers should show enough fight to stay in the playoff picture. Take the Packers to cover -4.5 points in Carolina.
Cleveland Browns @ Houston Texans - 1PM

O40.0 (-110) |
Houston Texans |

U40.0 (-110) |
This is another surprising spread. The Browns have one of the scariest defenses in the league, and the Texans will not have the services of their rookie phenoms, QB C.J. Stroud and WR Tank Dell. Case Keenum is a solid veteran, but he’s not going to know what hit him when Myles Garrett and company come to town. Houston doesn’t employ a stingy enough defense to trouble Joe Flacco too much either. Take the Browns to cover -3.0 points easily.
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers - 4:05PM

This may seem like it’s tough to call because of the uncertainty surrounding Trevor Lawrence’s availability, but whether he suits up or not, the Bucs are the play here. Baker Mayfield has been playing the best ball of his career, and the Jags 29th-ranked pass defense isn’t going to slow his roll. Lawrence has looked terrible since he suffered his ankle injury, and now he’s dealing with a concussion too. Take the Bucs to win and cover the -1.0 point spread.
Arizona Cardinals @ Chicago Bears - 4:25PM

U43.0 (-110) |
There won’t be many eyes on this one outside of the desert and the Windy City, but there’s a spread, so we’re going to make a pick. Both of these teams have been playing better than their record recently, which makes the fact that this is the second largest spread of the afternoon slate a bit perplexing. However, Arizona’s 31st-ranked run defense against Chicago’s fifth-ranked run offense is likely to decide this one, so in the end we’re agreeing with the oddsmakers. Take the Bears at -4.0 in this battle of basement-dwellers.
Dallas Cowboys @ Miami Dolphins - 4:25PM

If this game was being played at a neutral venue, it would be a tough pick, but these are probably the two teams with the starkest difference in performance depending on whether they’re at home or not. Miami’s at home for this one, so we’re rolling with the Fins to cover a -1.5 spread at home, where they’re 5-2 ATS. We saw how D.K. Metcalf did the Cowboys’ supposedly vaunted secondary. What Tyreek Hill is going to do to them will be unspeakable.

U35.0 (-110) |
It would be easy to take the Broncos in this one considering it’s the biggest spread of the day by a wide margin. However, while we believe the Patriots have little to no chance of winning the game, their defense could very well get them a cover here. Consider, four of New England’s last six losses have come by under seven points. We’re taking the Patriots to keep it close enough to get the cover at +7.0 points.
