U45.5 (-110)

Kirk Cousins probably didn’t expect these NFL betting odds for his Minnesota homecoming. The Falcons have fallen on hard times, losing their last three straight as Cousins’ arm strength has seemingly disappeared overnight. However, the Vikings have not been dominating lately, so this spread is a little rich for our blood. We’re going to buy it way down here, but we’ll remain below our -200 threshold.

Best Bet: Minnesota Vikings -3.0 Alternate Spread (-190)

Saquon Barkley’s rushing prop this week is up at a nearly unprecedented 113.5 yards. That’s just silly, even going against a Panthers team giving up the most rushing yards per game to RBs (137.7). So we looked elsewhere for value. Barkley’s longest rush prop is at just 19.5, and he’s had 13 such runs this year, 2nd-most in the NFL. He’s also had a 20+ yarder in four of his last five games. The Panthers have allowed at least one run of 20+ yards in five of their last seven contests.

These teams met in Cleveland in a snowstorm a couple of weeks ago, and Jameis Winston pulled a rabbit out of the hat to get the upset. That won’t happen this time in Pittsburgh, where it is expected to be 45 degrees and sunny on Sunday. We think the Steelers are going to run away with this one, so we feel comfortable taking the spread straight up here as long as betting sites keep it below seven points.

Best Bet: Pittsburgh Steelers -6.5 Point Spread (-110)

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Tennessee Titans - 1PM

Mac Jones is 2-13 in the last 15 games where he’s thrown 20+ passes. The Jaguars seem to have packed it in for the year with Trevor Lawrence heading to IR. The Titans still seem frisky, having swiped a win over the Texans a couple of weeks ago. Tennessee actually has the No. 2 defense in terms of yards allowed, so we expect them to give Jones fits here.

Best Bet: Tennessee Titans Moneyline (-180)

The Raiders have lost eight straight games, the most recent of which was the most heartbreaking. That 19-17 loss to the Chiefs was also only the second time during this eight-game skid that they lost by less than a score. Those other six losses came by 10, 15, 17, 7, 19, and 16. Baker Mayfield is going to make mincemeat out of this defense.

U41.0 (-110)

This is a matchup of the only two defenses allowing 5+ yards per carry on the ground, so that’s where we looked. We look to Tyrone Tracy, who has had a quiet few games and seems primed for a bounce back. The Saints have allowed a running back to hit the over on their rushing prop in six of their last eight games.

Best Bet: Tyrone Tracy Jr. 60+ Rush Yards (-150)

New York Jets @ Miami Dolphins - 1PM

U44.5 (-110)

The Jets have been keeping it close in most games despite three straight losses, so this spread is a little bit too wide for a divisional tilt. Instead, we’ll take the over in this one. Miami has hit the over in four of six home games, and the only other Jets game where they were an away dog went over as well.

Best Bet: Game Alternate Total Points Over 43.0 (-152)
