+425

+10.0 (-110)

O45.0 (-110)

Washington Commanders

-575

-10.0 (-110)

U45.0 (-110)

The Cowboys defense has been brutal of late, as the 34.4 points per game they’ve allowed over the last 5 weeks rank last in the NFL by some way. All but one of Washington’s last eight games have seen at least 43 points as well, so we’ll buy the over down a touch here.

Best Bet: Alternative Game Total Points Over 43.0 (-162)

Detroit Lions @ Indianapolis Colts - 1PM

O50.0 (-110)

Indianapolis Colts

+300

+7.5 (-120)

U50.0 (-110)

The Detroit Lions’ 33.6 points per game rank 1st in the league by a whopping three full points, and they’re also top six in total offense, passing offense, and rushing offense. They’re scoring points at a historic pace, and hitting the road to take on the 5th-worst defense in total yardage shouldn’t slow them.

Best Bet: Detroit Lions Over 27.5 Team Points (-155)

Kansas City Chiefs @ Carolina Panthers - 1PM

Carolina Panthers

+475

+11.0 (-110)

U43.0 (-110)

We’re dealing with a lot of big spreads this week from NFL betting sites, but apart from the Lions, no one has really shown they deserve it. Especially not the Chiefs, who haven’t covered in four weeks and are 0-3 ATS this season when favored by a TD or more. They’ve only won by double-digits twice this year, margins of 10 and 13. Meanwhile, the Panthers have covered in back-to-back games. We’re taking a chance on Bryce Young here, as crazy as that sounds.

Best Bet: Carolina Panthers Alternate +14.5 Point Spread (-182)

Minnesota Vikings @ Chicago Bears - 1PM

O39.5 (-110)

Chicago Bears

+155

+3.5 (-115)

U39.5 (-110)

The Chicago Bears looked a lot better last week in a game they should have won against the Packers, but the Vikings are a different test. They’re allowing the 5th-lowest passer rating to opposing QBs, and their 35 sacks rank them 3rd in the league. The Bears, meanwhile, have allowed 41 sacks, 2nd-most in football, and Caleb Williams’ 57.8 passer rating under pressure is 5th-worst in the NFL for QBs with 6+ starts.

Best Bet: Minnesota Vikings Alternate -2.5 Point Spread (-145)

New England Patriots @ Miami Dolphins - 1PM

+280

+7.0 (+100)

O46.0 (-110)

Miami Dolphins

-7.0 (-120)

U46.0 (-110)

The Miami Dolphins beat up on a pretty terrible Raiders team last week, so let’s not get too carried away here. They’re still 4-6 and have only one game by more than a score this season. Meanwhile, the Patriots have looked solid over the last month with Drake Maye under center. They’ve got a pair of wins and two losses by three and six points over the last four. We like them to keep this divisional clash close.

Best Bet: New England Patriots +7.0 Point Spread (+100)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New York Giants - 1PM

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

-6.0 (-110)

O41.0 (-110)

New York Giants

+225

+6.0 (-110)

U41.0 (-110)

Sports betting sites had to give us something, eh? The Buccaneers are coming out of a bye, they’re getting Mike Evans back, and the Giants are in the middle of a QB crisis. They lost in OT to the Chiefs and to the 49ers on a last-second FG. In the other two losses in their current four-game skid, they mounted massive comebacks to nearly steal games against the Ravens and Falcons. That’s a pretty unfortunate four-game losing streak, so we like them to break it, and break it big.

Best Bet: Tampa Bay Buccaneers -6.0 Point Spread (-110)

Tennessee Titans @ Houston Texans - 1PM

+310

+7.5 (-110)

O40.5 (-110)

Houston Texans

-390

-7.5 (-110)

U40.5 (-110)

The Texans have covered or pushed in all three games where they’ve been favored by 6+ points, so we like them here against the Titans. Tennessee is 1-4 in their last five, and they lost those four games by an average of 20.5 points.

Best Bet: Houston Texans Alternative -6.5 Point Spread (-140)
