We are now just 25 days out from the 2025 NFL Draft. It’s the second major hurdle during the NFL’s offseason following the free agent frenzy that went down a couple of weeks ago. Both of those events heavily impact odds for NFL futures betting markets, so we thought we’d take a peak at a few before draft day. Check out the best NFL betting odds for the 2025 NFL Division Winner futures betting markets, as well as our prediction for each NFC division.

NFC EAST Division Winner Betting Odds
Team | Division Winner Odds | 2024 Record (Place) |
Philadelphia Eagles | -140 | 14-3 (1st) |
Washington Commanders | +200 | 12-5 (2nd) |
Dallas Cowboys | +650 | 7-10 (3rd) |
New York Giants | +3,000 | 3-14 (4th) |
The Philadelphia Eagles just won the Super Bowl, so it makes sense they are favored to win their division again. The Eagles didn’t lose many major contributors from what was arguably one of the strongest rosters in Super Bowl history.
However, the Commanders showed they meant business last season. We don’t foresee Jayden Daniels having a sophomore slump considering the assistance that general manager Adam Peters went out and got for him in free agency. Deebo Samuel plus a few quality players on either side of the trenches mean the Commanders are going to be a lot better than they were last year. If that’s true, they should have enough to pip the Birds at the line.
Best Bet: Washington Commanders (+200)
NFC North Division Winner Betting Odds
Team | Moneyline | Point Spread |
Detroit Lions | +135 | 15-2 (1st) |
Green Bay Packers | +240 | 11-6 (3rd) |
Chicago Bears | +400 | 5-12 (4th) |
Minnesota Vikings | +500 | 15-2 (2nd) |
We think the Vikings are absolutely getting disrespected in this odds table, but we’re not sure we’d bet on them to oust the Lions either. We do like them to finish second, however. They will have one of the best defenses in the league to go with that stacked offense.
We are not high on the Packers at all, and despite how perfect Chicago’s offseason has been, it just feels like another too-good-to-be-true situation for the cursed Bears. The smoke and excitement around the other teams makes our bet on the Lions to win the division that much easier, though, as they boast nutty +135 odds at NFL betting sites.
Best Bet: Detroit Lions (+135)/Minnesota Vikings to Finish 2nd (?)
NFC South Division Winner Betting Odds
Team | Moneyline | Point Spread |
Tampa Bay Buccaneers | +115 | 10-7 (1st) |
Atlanta Falcons | +225 | 8-9 (2nd) |
Carolina Panthers | +425 | 5-12 (3rd) |
New Orleans Saints | +750 | 5-12 (4th) |
This is probably the easiest division to call, which is why Tampa Bay’s +115 odds don’t make much sense to us. The Bucs are going to be the same tough and gritty team as last year, and we don’t believe the Falcons are in a position to challenge again like they did for a time last year. They still haven’t even really decided what they’re doing at QB between Kirk Cousins and Michael Penix Jr.
The Panthers are going to be good very soon, but not quite division-winner-good just yet. That the Saints’ odds are just +750 to win speaks to how poor the NFC South has been in recent years: so bad, that really anyone’s got a chance. Baker Mayfield is the only truly reliable QB in the division, however, so they feel like a safe bet.
Best Bet: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+115)
NFC West Division Winner Betting Odds
Team | Moneyline | Point Spread |
San Francisco 49ers | +100 | 6-11 (4th) |
Los Angeles Rams | +200 | 10-7 (1st) |
Arizona Cardinals | +700 | 10-7 (2nd) |
Seattle Seahawks | +700 | 8-9 (3rd) |
The last place team last year, the 49ers, have the shortest odds to win the division in 2025. Oddsmakers clearly think last year was a fluke and that San Francisco will bounce back this year. We’re not so sure. They have off-loaded a lot of money to clear space for the Brock Purdy extension, but that’s also meant they’ve lost a ton of talent.
The Rams’ offensive line should be much healthier this year, and getting Matthew Stafford secured so early in the offseason was a good sign. We also like the vibe surrounding the Rams a lot more. San Francisco seems to be entering a rebuild, and L.A. has the longer odds.
Best Bet: Los Angeles Rams (+200)
