Betway and Manchester City partnership announced
Premier League’s Manchester City and Betway announced a new partnership on July 26, naming Betway the official global betting partner of Manchester City. One of the top soccer leagues in the world, and now Betway has added the champions to their list of partners. “We are absolutely delighted to become Manchester City’s Official Global Betting Partner. This agreement cements our place in the top tier of Premier League partners, ensuring that our Betway brand reaches fans in all corners of the globe,” Super Group CEO Neal Menashe said. Through this partnership, “Manchester City and Betway will collaborate on a number of activations and exclusive content opportunities.”
The deal is a multi-year agreement and will start this upcoming 2024-2025 season. Another part of the partnership will have Betway give Manchester City players, coaches, management, and staff training for codes of conduct in regards to betting integrity and responsible gambling. Manchester City are the betting favourites to win the Premier League at the moment on the soccer betting sites. They have +110 odds to win on Betway. Arsenal has the second best odds at +187.

Betway’s history of partnerships
City Football Group CEO Ferran Soriano commented on the partnership and Betway. “We are pleased to announce Betway as our Official Global Betting Partner today. “As a globally recognised brand, Betway has a strong pedigree and history of working with high-profile brands within the sports space and we’re excited to work together throughout the partnership,” Soriano said. According to Betway’s site, the sportsbook also has partnerships with Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, and FC Schalke 04.
Betway continues to partner with some of the biggest sports leagues and teams in the world. Betway also has partnered with NBA and NHL teams, including the Miami Heat and New Jersey Devils. Betway continues to put an emphasis on soccer fans. Betway recently partnered with RendezViews to sponsor watch parties for UEFA Euro 2024 and Copa America.
Another Betway soccer partnership
Another Betway partnership was announced a couple of days before the partnership with Manchester City was revealed. Premier Soccer League and Betway announced Betway as the new title sponsor for the Premier Division. The Premier Division was renamed to the Betway Premiership. Premier Soccer League chairman Irvin Khoza commented on the new deal. “This is a massive boost for every lover of football in this country. Our partnership with Betway confirms our league’s standing as one of the best in the world and heralds a wonderful future for our game. Betway’s energy and enthusiasm will have immediate impact across all facets of the game, and on behalf of the PSL, I am proud to welcome them on board as title sponsor and partner,” Khoza said.
The Premier Soccer League is a soccer league in South Africa. Betway has partnerships with teams across the globe, including the United States and South Africa. According to Betway Africa’s Laurence Michel, Betway hopes to continue to grow the sport with this partnership. “We are so excited by what this partnership will do for football fans in South Africa. As a brand, we are known globally for our sponsorships of the world’s biggest clubs and tournaments and that experience is going to play a huge part in driving the PSL forward,” Michel said.
